Shipping & Returns
We hope you are pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging.
Processing of Orders & Shipments
- Free Shipping is available to all U.S. orders over $75.
- Orders received before 10:45 a.m. (CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
- A tracking number will be delivered to you via email.
- Your order will be shipped via Fedex.
- Standard shipments usually arrive within 4–8 business days, priority orders within 2-3 business days once shipped.
- Free Returns only to the continental U.S.
- Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time and without notice.
- Freight forwarding is not supported.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund. We do not offer exchanges.
- Items purchased on clearance are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that any shipping costs are not refunded for any reason.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- If your purchase is older than 60 days, you will need to call (844) 284-7224 M-F 7AM-4PM PST or contact us.
How to Prepare Return Package
- View your Order History.
- Click on the 'Return' under actions that corresponds to your 'Order Number' that you wish to return.
- Click on the corresponding ‘Order Number’ for the return.
- Specify your reason for returning your order and click Request Return.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number will be automatically provided to you. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to complete your return.
- Pack merchandise in the original shipping box.
- Affix the pre-paid return label over the original shipping label on the box. Please note that to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
- Retain the top portion of the return label for your tracking number reference.
- Write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the box below the shipping label (Example: RA#000054) to ensure prompt credit to your account.
Shipping Your Return Package
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please Note: If the return package of the original merchandise is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) number, your credit card will be charged or a bill will be issued. Products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging.
